History of KARS
The Security Control Project, now known as KARS, was created in 2019 during the COVID-19 pandemic in response to the growing security needs of our clients. We responded to the increased staffing demands and new security measures that the pandemic brought.
A key objective was to address weaknesses in the inconsistent management of services, particularly when multiple security agencies work together on a single contract. KARS has since brought systemic efficiency and reliability where perfect coordination and control are needed.

Case study: PENNY and KARS
PENNY has decided to modernize and streamline its security services management with KARS. As part of this move, it was determined that all cooperating security agencies would use the system uniformly.
With KARS, PENNY has gained a complete overview of security agency activities, from meeting set requirements to recording incidents. Each incident is automatically processed through a digital checklist that generates individual outputs for each store and agency.

We decided to go with Hedurio because we did not have an overview of the activities carried out by security agencies and cleaning services. We dealt with shift occupancy and regular inspection of the cleaned areas. Thanks to the system, we now have everything under control. Security staff and cleaners have to use an electronic guard book and record everything. So we have everything in one place and under constant control. As part of the tender process, we decided that the selected contractors must pay for the licence themselves. It was in the terms and conditions of the tender.
Price of the licence
The license includes:

The license depends on the number of hours worked and the activities required. The license can be paid for by the service provider if this is the client's requirement.
Within the system, only the licenses of the executive value-creating components are paid - manager, dispatcher, etc. At the same time, it is the most advantageous service available on the market, the financing of which can be shared between the client and the service supplier.
